A blend of 100 % extraordinary Arabica, sourced from exceptional Brazilian and Colombian coffees, passionately selected by Café Joyeux after a worldwide journey in search of the perfect bean. Each coffee is hand-picked at full ripeness, then carefully fermented and dried to reveal all its aromatic richness. The roasting, carried out in Strasbourg by a female Meilleure Ouvrière de France (MOF), sublimates its unique flavors and makes it a rare-quality specialty coffee.

Café Joyeux for disability inclusion
Café Joyeux’s primary mission is to offer an extraordinary opportunity to people with disabilities, such as Down syndrome or autism, by enabling them to thrive in an ordinary environment. Recruited, trained, and supported by a specialized team, they fully integrate into working life by performing various roles within the Joyeux cafés and restaurants: greeting, cashiering, cooking, table service.
But Café Joyeux is much more than a chain of solidarity restaurants. It is also a range of whole-bean, ground, and capsule coffees. Since November 2018, the brand has developed an extraordinary activity of selecting, roasting, and distributing solidarity coffee, combining quality and commitment.
