30 days to change your mind
We offer you an extended 30-day withdrawal period to allow you to test your purchase in complete peace of mind.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order. Without having to provide any justification or pay penalties.
What you can return
- • Coffee machines (unused)
- • Coffee Grinders and Mills
- • Accessories and spare parts
- • Coffee makers and kettles
- • Any unused product in its original packaging
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
- • Custom or personalized products
- • Products already used or that have been used to brew coffee
- • Products damaged by the customer
- • Coffee beans, ground or capsules (for hygiene reasons)

Prepare the package
Pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories
Ship
Return the package to the address provided by our customer service.
The product must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal request. Keep the package tracking number.

For bulky items (professional machines), we can arrange collection from your home. The cost will be provided upon request.
Refund Terms
The refund is processed within 14 days of:
- Upon receipt of the returned product, or
- Proof of return shipment (the nearest date)
Refund method
The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the one used for the order.
Amount refunded: Product price + initial delivery fees (if the entire order is returned).
Defective or non-compliant products
If you receive a defective, damaged or non-compliant product with your order:
- Report it within 48 hours by contacting us with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange the product pickup at our expense
- Your choice: product replacement or full refund
Upon delivery: Check the condition of the package and products in the presence of the delivery driver. If any visible damage is found, note your reservations in writing on the delivery slip.

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal warranties:
