Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationships between:

Hereinafter referred to as "the Seller

And any natural or legal person placing an order on the site, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 1 - Products

The products offered for sale are those shown on the website. Each product is presented with a detailed description enabling the Customer to know its essential characteristics.

The photographs illustrating the products are not part of the contractual scope and cannot bind the Seller's liability.

The Seller reserves the right to modify at any time the range of products offered on the site.

Article 2 - Prices

Prices are shown in euros including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. The applicable VAT rate is 20%.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

Free delivery from €29 including VAT. Metropolitan France via Colissimo, Europe via DHL.

Article 3 - Order

The Customer selects the products they wish to order and validates their cart. They then enter their delivery and billing information.

The order is only finalized once payment has been validated. A confirmation email summarizing the order is then sent to the Customer.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including in the event of payment issues or previous disputes.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is secured by SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication.

Banking data is not stored by the Seller.

The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. If the bank refuses the payment, the order is automatically cancelled.

Article 5 - Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication:

  • Metropolitan France: 5 to 10 business days
  • European Union: 7 to 15 business days

If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel their order and receive a full refund.

Upon receipt, the Customer must check the condition of the package and the products. In case of damage, they must issue written reservations to the carrier and contact the Seller within 48 hours.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

30 days to change your mind

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Without having to provide justification or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email or via their customer account.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete and in perfect condition, within 14 days of notification.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

Article 7 - Warranties

All products sold are covered by legal warranties:

  • Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery
  • Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code): 2 years from the discovery of the defect

Some products also come with a manufacturer's commercial warranty, the terms of which are specified on the product sheet.

Article 8 - Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product, failure to follow the instructions for use, or lack of maintenance.

For professional coffee machines, we recommend installation by a qualified technician to ensure optimal performance.

Article 9 - Personal Data

The personal data collected during the ordering process is necessary for its fulfillment. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 - Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may contact customer service to seek an amicable solution.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator. https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Failing amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Article 11 - Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. The language of these Terms and Conditions is French.
