- A 50 % arabica / 50 % robusta blend sourced in South America.
It is characterized by a balanced cup, with fine and lingering aromatics.
- A medium roast
With its monk’s-robe roast, it is perfect for extraction with an automatic machine. This roasting work also highlights notes of dried fruit and hazelnuts and a creamy foam in the cup.
Bialetti is more than a century of expertise in Italian whole-bean coffee but also an iconic brand known for launching the Moka Express. Originally founded as an aluminum-product workshop in 1919 by Alfonso Bialetti, the brand of the mustachioed gentleman later became a larger foundry in Conchiglia following its success. Nearly 10 years later, it developed its famous Moka Express, which revolutionized coffee in Italian households. Today it also offers coffees, French-press brewers and essential accessories for many lovers of Italian coffee.
