This Delonghi ECAM 610.55.SB bean-to-cup coffee machine features the latest Bean Adapt technology. Connected via Wi-Fi, it pairs with your smartphone or tablet. From the app, you can record the specific characteristics of the coffee beans used, and the machine will automatically suggest the optimal settings (grind fineness, intensity, water temperature) to extract every aroma. It has an attractive silver-black finish and also offers 3 user profiles and 18 directly accessible beverages. Its large TFT touchscreen provides real ease of use.

If you're looking for a bean-to-cup coffee machine capable of respecting all the aromas of your specialty coffee, just like a barista, this Primadonna Soul is made for you. The latest technologies allow you to record all the unique characteristics of the chosen bean to bring out all its complex aromas. An intuitive and ingenious system for an optimal in-cup result.
A modern design at the service of large families
This automatic ECAM 610.55.SB machine features an attractive silver ABS finish. It offers a modern and elegant look that fits all kitchen styles.
Its high-capacity containers provide excellent autonomy and family use. The water tank can hold up to 2.2 L and the grounds container 14 pucks. The bean container, with its opaque lid and airtight seal, preserves the aromas and freshness of your coffee. It can hold up to 500 g (equivalent to 2 bags of coffee).
Intuitive and comfortable use
This Primadonna automatic coffee machine is equipped with a large 4.3" color TFT touchscreen. It makes your espresso grinder very easy to use. You can access all recipes directly by scrolling through the home screen. You can also customize each of the quick-access recipes.
Its clear and intuitive screen also provides comfort during the various maintenance steps. You receive all the information needed to carry out a thorough, step-by-step cleaning.
Wide choice of recipes
The DeLonghi ECAM 610.55.SB espresso grinder can prepare 18 pre-programmed beverages.
You can adjust cup length as well as coffee intensity. Access 3 user profiles to save each person's favorite recipes.
If you need more user profiles, consider the 610.75.MB, which offers 5 and features a metal black finish. It also comes with a Delonghi coffee carafe and we include a Contigo travel mug.
One Touch and Carafe Latte Crema System
This espresso grinder also makes excellent milk-based drinks thanks to its exclusive Delonghi Latte Crema system. This technology gives you a fine, creamy, dense and long-lasting foam—a real treat for those with a sweet tooth. Create a multitude of milk-based recipes, an almost endless choice to vary the pleasures.
The high-end version, meanwhile, features a double-walled thermal milk carafe; don’t hesitate to choose the 610.75.MB for even better milk-based results.

Bean Adapt Technology
This new exclusive Delonghi technology is the big highlight of the Primadonna Soul. The system automatically adapts the grind fineness to the coffee bean being used.
How does it work? From the Coffee Link app, enter your coffee’s specifics (type of coffee, roast color…). With this information your automatic machine will adjust the grinder settings to achieve the optimal grind and extraction process. These settings will extract the full aromatic complexity of the chosen coffee, respecting its origin, terroir, roast… You can thus choose exceptional coffees without losing flavor. A true barista at home.
The result doesn’t meet your expectations? No worries—this smart coffee machine can revise the stored parameters. From the app you can indicate the color of the cup result as well as the taste so the machine automatically readjusts its settings to give you the best according to your preferences.
Simple and effective maintenance on this DeLonghi espresso grinder
DeLonghi automatic machines with grinder are very easy to maintain. I strongly recommend using a filter cartridge to treat the water for limescale and also to purify its taste. Don’t forget to descale whenever the machine asks. The brew group is removable, allowing it to be cleaned at least once a week under lukewarm water. Let it air-dry, then put it back in the machine.
Finally, the milk system has an automatic rinse that is necessary after each use. However, don't forget to perform a complete cleaning to remove all milk bacteria with a suitable product. I was eager to test this little marvel, and I must say I wasn't disappointed. In terms of aesthetics, this machine is very pretty; however, I prefer the metal black finish of the 610.75.MB to this silver black one.
