From the Moka Sidamo region, this coffee comes from cooperatives located at altitudes up to 2000 m, ensuring exceptional quality. Decaffeinated without solvents, it retains all its aromatic richness with tangy flavors and jasmine floral notes. From Organic Farming and certified Fair Trade (Max Havelaar label), it is packaged in a 500 g bag.

No more intolerances or caffeine excess thanks to this solvent-free decaffeinated coffee, decaffeinated only with water. The flavors remain intact, highlighting the original terroir of this coffee. Terra Etica selected beans from organic lands in Moka Sidama, Ethiopia, a region renowned for the quality of its coffees.
The French brand worked with several local cooperatives, such as Homa Layo Taraga and Damota Wolayta Union, which cultivate various coffee varieties. The cherries are picked at maturity and processed using the natural process, ensuring optimal quality.
Once harvested, the beans are roasted in Gironde by Terra Etica. The brand opts for slow, respectful roasting of each origin, thus highlighting the coffee's natural aromatic richness.
The result lives up to expectations for an Ethiopian coffee: a cup marked by pleasant acidity and notes of elderberry and jasmine. This coffee offers a beautiful length on the palate, a certain balance, and can be enjoyed as espresso as well as filter coffee.
