The Smart Scale II from Brewista offers great value for money with all the essential features for proper extraction (espresso or slow coffee).
Essential features and 6 different modes
With its compact design, the Smart Scale II can be placed under the spouts of your espresso machine to measure extraction time and cup yield.
Its dual display simultaneously shows time and weight clearly on its backlit LCD screen.
You can choose between 2 units of measurement, g or oz.
0.1 g precision with a 2000 g capacity.
The Smart Scale II features automatic tare and timer functions, but you can select your mode according to your needs:
Mode 1 : Fully manual mode.
Mode 2 : Auto-tare and auto-timer. Time starts as soon as the cup is placed on the scale.
Mode 3 : Auto-tare and manual timer start.
Mode 4 : Auto-tare, timer disabled
Mode 5 : Auto-tare and auto-timer. Time starts as soon as liquid falls into the cup.
Mode 6 : (for Slow Coffee / Pour over) Manual tare and auto-timer. Time starts as soon as you begin pouring water over your grounds.
This scale also offers an automatic shut-off that can be set to 60, 120 and 180 seconds or disabled manually. 
A water-resistant scale
The Brewista Smart Scale II has been treated with a nano-coating resistant to water : no worries if you get splashed!
This scale also has a black silicone anti-slip mat for extra protection. This mat can go in the top rack of your dishwasher.
Other advantages
The battery of the Brewista Smart Scale II is rechargeable via its USB connection.
Battery level is shown on the LCD screen (4 bars for full charge).
This scale is compact, easy to take anywhere and will suit all coffee enthusiasts seeking precision.
