The "Start & Stop": simply put the desired amount of coffee beans (up to 45 g) in the hopper and press the button to grind directly into the container.
The Eureka Oro Mignon Single Dose grinder is equipped with theELRsystem (Extremely Low Retention) with theperfect inclinationof the grinding chamber (15°) to ensure near-zero retention.
A newsingle-dose hopper (45 g) with a nice wooden lid and a metal tab to hold the grain.
Astainless steel containerthat allows you to transfer the freshly ground coffee directly into the filter holder of your espresso machine for a space-saving design.
TheMignon Blow Uptechnology, which ventilates the system and eliminates residue in one blow for a always-clean grinding chamber.

Asimple and quick maintenance"High Speed" that allows you to remove the burrs with just 9 screws, without losing your settings.
Theproductivity: 2.3 - 2.8 g per second for an espresso grind, 2.8 - 3.3 g per second for a filter grind
Themicrometric adjustments are very preciseand almost infinite, thanks to the special system patented by Eureka, the only one based on the repositioning of the lower burr.
The adjustment wheel, easy to handle, is located on top of the grinder, with the nice Eureka Oro logo on it.
TheDiamond Insideburrs from the EUREKA brand: these 65 mm flat burrs in stainless steel are treated with a patented thermal cryogenic treatment at -193 °C. This treatment guaranteesmore resistantand sharper burrs for longer.
The burrs of the Mignon Single Dose also ensure ahomogeneous and perfect grind.
