This Italian whole-bean coffee, Linea Espresso from the Italian roaster Zicaffè, is a balanced blend composed of the finest Arabica and Robusta beans. In addition to its creamy crema, it is a full-bodied, intensely aromatic espresso worthy of true Italian espressos. Floral, spicy and indulgent notes to be discovered when tasting, ideally as a ¾ French-style cup. Packaging: 1 kg

The Linea Espresso whole-bean coffee embodies all the Italian coffee know-how. This carefully composed blend of quality Arabicas and Robustas delivers a perfectly balanced cup, both powerful and aromatic.
To the eye: its dense, generous crema announces the richness of its aromas. Its brown hue reveals a masterful roast, the signature of Zicaffè’s roaster expertise.
On the palate: the attack is frank, with beautiful intensity from the first sips. A nuanced aromatic palette then unfolds, mingling floral and spicy notes, followed by a subtle chocolatey finish that lingers delicately in the mouth.
Brewing tip: on a Delonghi automatic machine, for a “¾ French-style” coffee, select intensity 4/5 with 60 ml of water to reveal the full richness of the bean.
Zicaffè
Passionate about coffee since 1929, Zicaffè was born in Marsala, in western Sicily. Legend has it that Vito Zichitella possessed a secret recipe that gives Zicaffè beans their unique taste and aroma.
For more than 80 years, four generations of the Zichitella family have allowed the company to evolve while maintaining the same passion and the unique taste of the first coffees created by Vito!
