This exceptional coffee is produced in the heart of the famous Cerrado Mineiro region, where it benefits from a unique natural environment and the expertise of one man: Inácio Carlos Urban. Grown at 1150 m altitude, in a sun-drenched setting surrounded by verdant valleys, the Mundo Nuovo and Catuaí Yellow varieties slowly reach perfect maturity. After harvesting, the cherries are processed through a natural process, ensuring premium quality lots.
This ground coffee is ideal for all brewing methods thanks to its medium roast, which highlights: a smooth attack with cane sugar notes, a rich and comforting body with chocolate and a delicate and gourmet finish evoking hazelnut.Available in 250 g format, it's perfect for a first discovery without commitment.
