This coffee distributor (58 mm) is the result of the collaboration between the expertise of Barista Champions and the technical know-how of the Baristator brand.
Thanks to its three rounded-angle waves, this tool ensures optimal distribution and, most importantly, does not stick to your coffee grounds: meaning no loss of material!
By adjusting the height of this coffee distributor according to your dose, you can avoid channeling in a single move!
The Baristator coffee distributor is very easily adjustable in height, thanks to its two threading steps that allow you to increase or decrease the penetration depth of the stainless steel base into the portafilter.
To ensure a perfectly horizontal leveling, the edge is designed to make contact with the portafilter and serve as a reference. Once positioned, simply rotate it on itself, then remove it: your coffee grounds are distributed and leveled.
The rim of this distributor has a texture designed to give you better grip.
This Baristator coffee distributor was developed to fit professional-sized portafilters (58 mm). It will not fit single-cup portafilters. Note that using a coffee distributor, regardless of the brand, does not replace the use of a tamper; it complements it.
