The Gianduia (chocolate and hazelnut) sauce from Zicaffé
The Gianduia is a chocolate and finely ground hazelnut paste to which other nuts can be added. For the little story, the gianduia recipe comes from Italy, the Piedmont region claims its invention due to its hazelnut production.
The pastry chefs of Turin had taken the habit of adding hazelnuts to chocolate during the continental blockade ordered by Napoleon against English import products, which made the supply of chocolate even more difficult and expensive.
The Gianduia coulis topping Zitop from Zicaffè is the ultimate secret to add the final touch to your drinks... whether it's for an espresso, a cappuccino, iced drinks or sweet treats !
This Gianduia topping is made in Italy by the roaster Zicaffé. This 900 ml bottle is ideal for Coffee-Shops due to its quantity and easy grip.

Zicaffè
