Discover this COSMAI CAFFE grain coffee, "The Pure". This Italian grain coffee (roasted in Italy) and 100 % Arabica, delivers a strong blend in the cup, offering fruity notes and a nice length in the mouth. Its very dark roasting lends itself wonderfully to espresso machines. Packaging 250 gr.
The Pure is composed of a blend of some of the best Arabicas directly sourced from Brazil, Guatemala, India, and Mexico. Its very characteristic taste, fruity, and its acidic aroma make it unique and earn it the approval of many Italian coffee lovers. With very dark roasting, this Cosmai Caffè grain coffee is surprisingly balanced and intensely flavorful.

The brand has been present for 22 years on the coffee market and has made a mark with its range of Italian coffees. Its roasting system is based on an ecological roasting method called Air Cleaning System. A air filtration process that limits defects in the coffee and allows for a healthy product with more natural fats and aromas.
