Monin recipe idea: Raspberry guava smoothie
You will need:
- 30 ml Monin Raspberry Fruit purée
- 20 ml Monin Guava syrup
- 100 ml guava juice
- 1 lemon wedge
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a blender
- Add ice cubes
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass
- Serve with a straw

Sugar, concentrated raspberry purée, water, colouring: anthocyanins, natural flavouring, acidifier: citric acid, thickener: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate. Contains the equivalent of 50.1 % raspberry purée.
