Mokador Castellari
L’histoire débute en 1967 quand Domenico Castellari décide de voler de ses propres ailes. Il ouvre sa première boutique et fonde la Torrefazione Mokador à Faenza (une région réputée pour sa tradition culinaire).
Une influence culturelle qui comptera beaucoup dans l’approche du fondateur dont la stratégie pour le café Castellari est de se concentrer sur la qualité du café en opposition à une stratégie de masse, de quantité.
