This special blend of coffee is born from the most prestigious varieties of Arabica and Robusta skillfully combined according to the Mokador tradition . This blend is then decaffeinated (chemical decaffeination by solvent).

Mokador Castellari
The story begins in 1967 when Domenico Castellari decides to spread his wings. He opens his first shop and founds the Torrefazione Mokador in Faenza (a region renowned for its culinary tradition).
A cultural influence that will weigh heavily in the founder's approach, whose strategy for Café Castellari is to focus on coffee quality as opposed to a mass, quantity strategy.
