The range Eureka Mignon Silent Range is divided into 3 finishes.
But all these finishes share the same technologies developed by the Italian brand:
- Silent Range, where the old Mignon grinders were very noisy, Eureka integrated the Silent Technology as on the semi-pro Atom model which makes them very quiet.
- Grinding precision developed by an innovative micrometric adjustment and motor block alignment.
- Dispensing spout designed so that all the ground coffee goes into the filter, moreover, thanks to the system developed by Eureka, the grind will always be fine, clump-free.

Eureka Mignon Turbo: a fast and efficient coffee grinder
With its large 65 mm diameter grinding wheels, the Eureka Mignon Turbo grinder is the model above the Mignon Specialità range.
Its motor is also more powerful, which offers better productivity.
For settings, the touch screen remains the same. You can thus set one or two coffee doses or grind on demand, with a precision of 0.01 second.
Once you have reached the right dose of ground coffee, you will only need to save the grinding time to repeat the same action.
The motor power of the Eureka Mignon Turbo espresso grinder is 1650 RPM. Combined with the 65 mm flat steel grinding wheels, you will get fast grinding and a homogeneous result.
A robust, precise and quiet espresso grinder
The grinding adjustment dial is simple to use thanks to its numbered markers. Eureka added a small notch on the front to allow you to better visualize which setting you are on.
The precision of this micrometric adjustment is ensured by special "Espresso & Brew" 65 mm grinding wheels, designed to be able to grind coffee beans for espresso, Turkish coffee, filter or moka (Italian coffee maker).
The grinding adjustment is stable also thanks to Eureka technology, which allows you to maintain a precise setting thanks to the alignment of the grinding wheels and the motor block with each dial rotation. The motor lifts and lowers with the adjustment, in order to guarantee flawless precision.
With Eureka's "Silent Technology", this coffee grinder is a very quiet grinder compared to other coffee grinders.
The sound level is reduced by about 20 dB
On-demand dispensing and hands-free
Eureka paid particular attention to the precision of the ground coffee dispensing.
The entire dose is dispensed into the filter, with no risk of splashing around thanks to the materials used and the "ACE" technology that neutralize static electricity.
In addition, potential clumps are reduced to nothing thanks to the integrated sieve in the dispensing spout.
The Eureka Mignon Turbo model also allows you to adjust the height of the forks, regardless of the portafilter used, in order to lock it in place for hands-free dispensing. The forks are covered with a rubber that allows for hands-free use.
