Full Monkey whole-bean coffee by Terres de Café
Terres de Café produces this coffee exclusively for BaristaDiscount. You will rediscover or encounter a coffee in which the expertise of the French roaster and founder of the brand, Christophe Servell, has once again worked its magic.
Made from the finest origin beans (Brazil, Guatemala and Ethiopia), this coffee has nothing to envy in other whole-bean coffees. Indeed, this Terres de Café whole-bean coffee contains several varieties of arabica beans, each bringing its own touch: the Brazilian coffee provides body and sweetness, the Ethiopian coffee the necessary hint of acidity, and the Guatemalan coffee just the right amount of indulgence!
It will be appreciated as espresso or filter to vary the pleasures. On tasting, through its balance, its rich and developed aromas and its indulgent and spicy notes (milk chocolate, caramel, cinnamon).

What is a Specialty Coffee at Terres de Café?
The French brand divides its whole-bean coffees into three scores 80/85+/88+, following the Specialty Coffee Association of America's guidelines.
This is a real asset that provides a universal language for coffee-industry players and coffee aficionados, based on a strict scoring system.
This score is the result of several cuppings, during which elements specific to the coffee are taken into account (aroma, flavor, aftertaste, acidity, etc.).
Once the cuppings are completed, the coffee is deemed defect-free or classified as specialty coffee once it achieves a minimum score of 80/100.
