The mango is the apple of the tropics! It is one of the most consumed fruits in tropical countries. Simply peeled, plain, in fruit salads or in chutneys, mangoes are delicious. The pulp, yellow to orange in colour, is juicy, sweet and has a very distinctive flavour.

Monin recipe idea: Mango passion smoothie
You will need:
- 45 ml Monin mango fruit purée
- 100 ml passion fruit juice
- 1 piece of lime
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a blender
- Add ice cubes
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass
- Serve with a straw

Sugar, concentrated mango purée, water, natural flavouring, thickener: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, safflower extract. Contains the equivalent of 50.1 % mango purée.
