Discover the green coffee Sueno Mexico Altura region water-decaffeinated. A coffee produced in Altura, a region of Mexico where several varieties of coffee trees grow at high altitude.
This coffee is born from the blend of 4 varieties (Catimor, Red Caturra, Sarchimor, Costa Rica), all 100 % arabica. In addition to favorable climatic conditions (high altitude), the green coffee Sueno benefited from a privileged treatment at several stages of its conception (hand-picked and selective harvesting, chemical-free cultivation, water decaffeination).
Here, it is therefore a water decaffeination that was chosen to treat the coffee, a natural process without chemical substance. The beans are thus immersed in water, under certain temperature and pressure conditions. This will allow to reduce the caffeine level to a maximum, between 0.01 % and 0.02 %.
In the cup, this generally translates into a coffee with a well-marked body and complexity with gourmet notes (speculoos and gingerbread). This coffee also obtained the "organic" certification. On each green coffee bag, find all the precise information (density, humidity, etc).
Note: green coffee must be roasted before being introduced into an automatic machine or even a grinder. Otherwise, your appliances will be damaged.
