Sicilian bergamot, a citrus fruit born from the cross between orange and lemon trees, gives a sparkling freshness to the full-bodied Ceylon black tea leaves.
It is hand-picked at over 1600m altitude by an association of small local producers in accordance with bio-dynamic principles, in harmony with nature and people.
