A versatile Baratza coffee grinder with 3 programmable doses
The Vario+ delivers quality ground coffee in a compact format for small spaces.
Three programmable buttons allow you to set the grinding duration.
Each button is pre-set for the following durations: 1 = 10 s, 2 = 15 s, 3 = 30 s
You can change these doses and save them for your favorite recipes.
At the heart of the Vario+ are 54 mm ceramic burrs, manufactured by the renowned brand Ditting.
These burrs are enclosed in a metal grinding chamber.
The Baratza Vario+ offers 220 different settings, to grind your coffee according to the chosen extraction method, from espresso to French press.
The micro-adjustment lever on the left is used for small changes, the macro-adjustment lever on the right of the grinder is used for larger changes. Twelve micro-adjustment clicks are equivalent to one macro-adjustment click.

This grinder can be used in manual mode, without using the saved doses.
To minimize power consumption, the Vario+ automatically switches to “ Sleep mode ” after 3 minutes of inactivity.
The Baratza Vario+ allows you to grind into the included container (180 g capacity)
It is also equipped with a removable portafilter holder made of metal.
The hopper can hold up to 300 g of whole bean coffee. Its neck closure system allows you to remove the hopper to change coffee cleanly, even if there is still coffee inside.
Digital display for grinding time.
Two LED lights help you monitor the grinding in the container or portafilter.
The burrs can be easily calibrated thanks to the special tool provided with the Vario+ grinder
