A compact Baratza coffee grinder with 3 programmable doses by weight
With robust internal components, a wide range of settings, and a precise built-in scale, the Vario W+ is a reliable home coffee grinder.
Three programmable buttons allow you to set the grinding dose.
Each button is pre-set for the following weights: 1 = 15 g, 2 = 30 g, 3 = 60 g
You can change these doses and save them for your favorite recipes.
At the heart of the Vario W+ are 54 mm stainless steel burrs, manufactured by the renowned brand Ditting.
The Baratza Vario W+ offers 220 different settings, to grind your coffee according to the chosen extraction method, from espresso to French press.
The micro-adjustment lever on the left is used for fine-tuning, while the macro-adjustment lever on the right of the grinder is for coarser changes. Twelve micro-adjustment clicks equal one macro-adjustment click.

To minimize power consumption, the Vario W+ automatically switches to “ Sleep Mode ” after 3 minutes of inactivity.
The Baratza Vario W+ grinds into the included container (170 g capacity)
Two LED lights help you monitor the grinding in the container.
The hopper can hold up to 300 g of whole-bean coffee. Its neck-closure system lets you remove the hopper to change coffee cleanly, even if there are still beans inside.
Digital display to show the weight of ground coffee.
The burrs can be easily calibrated with the special tool supplied with the Vario W+ grinder
