The Faemina brings the most advanced professional technologies to home users:

- System with built-in water softener filter in the reservoir for proper maintenance and to guarantee the best in-cup quality.
- A professional stainless-steel steam wand for creating beautiful milk foam.
- An adjustable-height drip tray for any cup size (portafilter clearance: 80 mm or 110 mm).
– Exclusive extraction system for filter coffee (Brewing) and tea.
This semi-professional espresso machine requires a suitable espresso grinder to achieve good in-cup results.
- 58 mm professional brew group.
- Front-mounted water reservoir (located under the drip tray) with 2.5 L capacity.
- Automatic on-screen notification when the drip tray needs emptying.
- Hot water dispensed via dedicated tap.
- Programmable Stand-by mode.
- ECO mode that keeps only the coffee boiler active and shuts off the service boiler for significant energy savings.
- Adjustable coffee temperature (140 to 230°F) via the corresponding menu.
- Adjustable boiler pressure, 9 to 23 PSI.
The Faemina prosumer espresso machine lets you perform a Backflush (deep cleaning) to maintain your machine, using the included special filter and a dedicated detergent.
This machine is supplied with two 1-spout and 2-spout brass portafilters, a single-cup single basket, a double-cup single basket, a special backflush filter, and a water filter specific to this machine.
