A flavored black tea
Taste the Saint Nicolas Mandarin recipe from Compagnie & Co and discover a gourmet infusion with citrus notes. You’ll find yourself transported to Christmas markets, enveloped by the scents and atmosphere—a sensory journey. As soon as you open the tin, the caramel aroma greets you with its indulgent allure.
The Compagnie & Co house creates unique blends thanks to their steam-flavoring method, which gives the tea leaves a beautiful shine. This technique locks the aromas onto the leaves, ensuring the same flavors from the moment you open the packet to the final sip.
To prepare your St Nicolas Mandarin tea, heat water to between 85 and 90 degrees. Take a mug-type cup and pour in 20 cl of water. In an infuser, use a spoon to add 2 grams of tea and steep in the water for 3 minutes. You can infuse the tea for a shorter or longer time to adjust the level of bitterness.
Ingredients: Black teas 82%, vanilla flavor 6%, mandarin flavor 4%, caramel flavor 3%, pink peppercorns 4%, marigold petals 1%.
