Andoa Dark is the chocolate bar brought to the forefront to showcase Valrhona's commitment to sustainable development.
Valrhona has cultivated terroir and lasting relationships in Peru, the world's second-largest producer of organic cacao. Together with the growers, the brand develops a fair-trade dark chocolate, made from organic agriculture, certified Fairtrade/Max Havelaar.
This dark chocolate will evoke fruity, woody notes as well as a touch of bitterness to achieve a rich, indulgent blend.
