It was in 1995 that Valrhona revolutionized milk chocolate with its creation Jivara. It's the first milk chocolate bar to offer real taste intensity rich in cocoa flavor.
To achieve this unique taste, the brand managed to find a perfect blend combining aromatic profiles of typical cocoas from Ecuador and Ghana.
Indeed, thanks to Forastero cocoa plantations, the beans are carefully selected and through their powerful aromas that Jivara comes to life. It's ideal at any time of day due to its low-sweetness.
