This green coffee isfrom the Atitlán region located in Guatemala and nestledat over 1470 m above sea level. A privileged location,a stone’s throw from the Atitlán volcano,which allows this arabica to have anundeniable aromatic power, thanks in particular to thebenefits of the volcanic soil.
Moreover, the farm that produces this Red Caturra variety is committed to a responsible, sustainable production approachand strives to bring ever morecare to the harvesting and selection of every coffee cherry. The coffee is processed using the washed method.
In the cup, this generally translates intoa particularly gourmet and spicy coffee, with which one can find notes of milk chocolate or even hazelnutsbut also the liveliness of the Huehuetenango coffee. On each bag of green coffee, find all the precise information (density, moisture, etc.).
Please note: green coffee must be roasted before being put into an automatic machine or even a grinder. Otherwise, your equipment will be damaged.
