Everything you need to know about the Espro P7 French press
The Espro P7 thermal French press is a unique model. It is part of the small world of thermal French presses and keeps your coffee hot for up to two hours. Its double micro-mesh filtration system, coupled with the possibility of adding a paper filter, retains a maximum of coffee residues that would otherwise settle at the bottom of your cup.
Why add paper filters to your Espro French press?
The Espro French press has a double micro-mesh filtration system. The objective of such a system is to retain as much as possible the bitterness foam that forms on top of your drink. To further reduce this risk, inherent to any French press, Espro has designed a system allowing to add a paper filter between the two existing filters. Thanks to this ingenious system, you can obtain a perfect coffee, without any bitterness.
Preparing your coffee in your Espro P7
To prepare coffee in an Espro French press, you only need two things: hot water and coffee. Per cup you will need 1 tsp of coffee and 90 ml of hot non-boiling water. The infusion lasts 4 min, after which you can slowly and steadily press the plunger all the way down before serving. Or not. After all, your French press is thermal.
