The Chemex coffee maker is a legend in the world of Slow Coffee, with its glass carafe and polished wooden collar, accompanied by a leather cord and wooden tie bead.
The Chemex will give you a very smooth coffee, close to an infusion, with unmatched aromatic power.
This model was designed for eight cups of coffee (total capacity of 1000 ml).
It comes with the conical Able Kone filter made of stainless steel.
This filter was designed to optimize water flow during coffee extraction.
It is reusable and cleans easily. It also helps to avoid waste from paper filters.

Good freshly ground coffee beans to enjoy all the aromas.
A kettle with a gooseneck spout to properly distribute water over the ground coffee.
A coffee scale with timer to measure the amount of water poured and the infusion time.
Note: remember to adjust your recipe according to the coffee/water ratio used.
