The Eureka Baby model is the first manual coffee grinder from the Italian brand, which has used all its expertise and technologies for this product.
The Eureka Baby iscomfortable and easy to handle,with a slim body and a flared glass container.
The materials are high quality: this Olive version has abody in olive wood, awhite ceramic container anda white ceramic crank knob. This grinder is made in Italy.

The Eureka Baby is equipped with48 mm conical burrs, a large and uncommon diameter in a manual grinder.
The specific designEspresso & Brew offers a homogeneous result for all types of extraction methods.
These stainless steel burrs benefit fromthe special "Gold Energy" treatment developed by Eureka and ITALMILL, to increase their longevity (about 50% more than untreated steel, according to Eureka) and ensure consistent grinding over time.
Thegrind adjustment is micrometric with several steps. It is positioned on top of the grinder for better ease of use.
The instructions are clearly indicated on the lid to help you choose the right setting.
Simply turn the crank clockwise to grind your coffee beans.
The flared shape of the glass container allows for agood grip and thus better stability.
The length and shape of the crank are designed to minimize grinding effort.

The glass ground coffee container can hold up to 40 g of ground coffee.
Its innovative design allows you to transfer your coffee beans directly into the hopper without losing any coffee along the way.
It is also compatible with the Eureka Dosing Cup for cleanly transferring your ground coffee.

The Eureka Baby manual coffee grinder has aretention of > 0.1 g : minimal coffee loss.
