This deliciously scented creation marries Gunpowder green tea with two distinct varieties of mint leaves, offering a harmonious fusion of flavors.
The sweetness of peppermint blends with the freshness of spearmint, creating a balanced alliance. In accordance with Moroccan tradition, this tea truly reveals itself when enjoyed very hot and well sweetened, for an exquisite gourmet tasting.
For preparation, heat 100 ml of water to 90 °C, then add 2 grams of tea to a filter. Let steep for 3 to 4 minutes, remove the filter, and add sugar. It can also be enjoyed without, to appreciate the bitterness of the green tea. You can also prepare it as an iced version.
