This professional coffee machine perfectly combines quality and simplicity. With its quick setup and production of 30 coffees per day, it is ideal for offices of about ten people, waiting rooms, or small businesses.
This machine allows you to offer 8 different caffeinated drinks in your premises: ristretto, double ristretto, espresso, double espresso, café crème, double café crème, americano, and hot water.
As it stands, the machine does not offer milk-based drinks, however, you can choose to add the Spreso milk refrigerator to complete it and offer even more gourmet drinks: café latte, cappuccino, black cappuccino, latte macchiato, espresso macchiato, and hot milk. By adding themilk unit option, all drinks will be activated on your machine and the milk system maintenance notifications as well.
As you can see, a multitude of recipes and options are available to you with this machine.
The highlight of this machine is that it offers you 3 different coffee profiles to best match your tastes and desires. The choice of drink profiles is configured during the installation of your machine. All three offer the same drinks but with different water volumes and coffee strengths.
As a smart machine, you will be notified whenever you need to perform maintenance.
To do this, during the installation of your machine you will need to indicate the hardness of your water network. For this you can use a water hardness test strip that you can find here.
This crucial step will automatically trigger all descaling.
It is also recommended to use a water filtration cartridge AquaAroma Cream from the BRITA brand.
Daily cleaning:
- Remove the grounds tray and drip tray and clean them with hot water in which you have dissolved detergent tablets.
- Run the milk system cleaning if you are equipped with the Spreso milk refrigerator
Weekly cleaning:
-Wash the beverage outlet parts with hot water and detergent tablets
- Clean the water reservoir with hot water
- Wash the coffee group with hot water
- Clean the machine body with a damp cloth then dry it
