Carte Noire has set itself the goal of introducing its consumers to uncommon coffee varieties able to withstand climate change and help preserve coffee cultivation. It was therefore only logical that Secret de Nature Catuai was born, bearing its Rainforest Alliance certification !
From two varieties, one native to Brazil, more precisely from the Cerrado, the Catuai and the other, Mexican called Romex, we obtain this 100% arabica blend. They were chosen for their ability to withstand high temperatures both in Brazil and in Mexico.
For tasting, start in the best possible way with an automatic espresso grinder or a manual machine and a grinder!
In the cup, you get not only a pretty mottled color, but also an indulgent aroma, reminiscent of biscuit. On the palate, enjoy notes of roasted almonds and honey brought forward by an amber roast.
