This coffee offers a soft, cocoa-driven attack, carried by a full body and notes of roasted hazelnut. Its finish reveals a subtle fruity touch, reminiscent of plum.
Lionel and his roasting team have crafted this 100% Arabica blend, made exclusively from natural Brazilian coffees, grown between 750 m and 1150 m altitude and sourced from several varieties (Mundo Novo, Catuai Yellow, Obata). This Brazilian coffee reveals a lovely sweetness, perfectly balanced by a light tangy note that brings liveliness to the cup.
The medium+ roast sits between the dark roast and the medium roast typical of the Lugat house. Deeper than a medium roast, it develops more roundness and body while preserving the freshness and terroir of the coffee. This medium+ roast is ideal for lovers who want to discover all the richness of specialty coffee, without compromise on balance or indulgence.
