Monin concentrate: ginger syrup in a 0.7 L bottle
Enjoy a refreshing Monin ginger syrup
The famous Monin brand highlights ginger in this syrup. This drink is part of the Monin concentrate range. To prepare your drinks, we recommend diluting one part syrup in eight parts water.
Use this ginger concentrate to prepare delicious lemonades, water syrups, or even original cocktails!
Once opened, this 0.7 L glass bottle can be stored for three months at room temperature, tightly closed. Remember to store all your syrups in a clean, dry place.
Summer recipe idea: the cold brew mojito
Here's a perfect cocktail for sunny days, easy and quick to make: the cold brew mojito.
Ingredients: 1 cl basil syrup, 3 cl ginger concentrate, mint leaves, cucumber slices, lime juice (about 1/2 lime), cold brew and lemonade.
Use a prepared cold brew, or make your own at home by cold-infusing a coffee meant for this type of infusion (like the Moka Sidamo Marabou from Cafés Lugat).
Muddle the mint, ginger, with the lime and ginger concentrate at the bottom of a glass. Add the basil syrup and fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour approximately 7 cl of lemonade, and top off with cold brew. All that's left is to enjoy.
Ingredients:
Ginger and lemon juice, water, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, natural ginger flavor with other natural flavors, stabilizer: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate. Ginger juice: 39%.
