They are pre-folded in a conical shape to allow perfect extraction.
The square pre-folded shape of the white Chemex filters eliminates the finest sediment particles as well as undesirable oils and fats.
The shape of the filter allows for an appropriate brewing time by regulating the filtration flow, neither too slow nor too fast.
The white Chemex filters allow for good percolation of the coffee grounds and thus give the coffee a richer flavor.
