Choosing Black Spice means favouring a blend of identified beans from Brazil, India and Uganda grown at altitudes between 800 and1500 m.Mundo Novo, Catuaí, Bourbon and Robusta are the varieties that make up this coffee and were processed by the natural, monsooned and washed methods.
Arabica and Robusta that reveal themselvesin the cup with adelicate, spicy attack, revealingnuances of nutmeg. Continue witha generous bodyevoking the sweetness ofdark chocolate, thenenjoy a long finish with hints offresh tobacco and clove.
