It's the hot chocolate from our childhood that you find in this intense 42 % cocoa powder. Columbus delights young and old with this 320 g tin of cocoa powder.
To prepare your Columbus hot chocolate, nothing could be simpler: put 20 g of cocoa powder in your prettiest mug (about 4 teaspoons), and slowly add hot milk (or cold, according to taste) over it while stirring (about 20 cl). As with most cocoa powders, you can use dairy milk or plant-based milk. The only rule is to enjoy yourself!
Ingredients : sugar, cocoa powder (27 %), strongly defatted cocoa powder (15 %), chocolate pieces (15 %) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, butterfat (milk), cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins from soy), emulsifier: lecithins, natural flavouring. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and heat.
