A ruby chocolate syrup ideal for cocktails
Of all the syrups, it is without doubt the most astonishing of treats. Thisruby chocolate syrup from 1883 Maison Routin offers you infinitechocolatey indulgence, punctuated bylightly tangy fruity notes and adelicatetouchof vanilla.
This is the ideal syrup forpreparing cocktails that are fruity, indulgent and original, which will delight your customers' taste buds. Its delicate pink color adds a touch of indulgence to your hot coffees as well as your iced lattes.
Once opened, store your syrup in the refrigerator, bottle closed, and consume within two months.
Ruby chocolate cocktail
Pour 1 cl of ruby chocolate syrup, 4 cl of peach liqueur, and 3 cl of apple juice into a shaker. Mix and serve in a cocktail glass.
You can garnish your glass with a delicious ruby chocolate whipped cream by adding a few drops of syrup to your whipped cream, which will give it a beautiful color.
