Black Forest: an ideal alliance
Lionel and his team of roasters offer you a 100% Arabica blend composed of natural coffees from Brazil (50%) and Uganda (50%).
The coffee from Brazil gives this blend a pronounced sweetness that pairs perfectly with the coffees from Uganda giving a hint of acidity.
Medium + Roast:
The medium + roast is an intermediate between the dark roast and the medium roast at Lugat. A dark roast allows for more roundness and consistency to develop, at the expense of the terroir which becomes more subdued. A medium roast, on the other hand, offers a livelier cup, a pronounced terroir as well as a slightly tangy freshness.
The objective of this roast is therefore to reveal all the sweetness of the coffee and to find a beautiful balance in the cup. Recommended for espresso, you can enjoy an aromatic and accessible coffee for everyone.
The medium + roast is a gateway into the world of specialty coffee for espresso lovers eager to discover a terroir.
