With the Philips Baristina espresso machine, making a good coffee will become child's play. Its compact size will allow you to easily find a place for it in your kitchen or office corner.
This modelPhilips Baristina BAR303/00 with its elegant white ABS body, comes with itsmatching milk frother.
Inside the machine, you'll find a quiet grinder (72 dB), to offer you all the aromas of freshly ground coffee beans. The advantage is also producing less waste than a coffee machine with disposable capsules.
Philips built the Baristina with amore eco-responsible vision: the coffee grounds are compostable, the body is made from 50% recycled plastic and the machine's packaging contains 0% plastic (recyclable cardboard and paper).
The energy consumption of the Baristina espresso machine is minimal: 2.6 Wh (watt-hour) in standby mode and 122.8 Wh when extracting a coffee.

The Philips Baristina coffee machine is compact,ideal for solo or duo use.
It will allow you to makean espresso or a lungo (long coffee) in less than 60 seconds: perfect for difficult mornings!
The great innovation of the Philips Baristina is the idea of"Swipe and let it flow": lock the portafilter in place, select an espresso or lungo and slide the portafilter to the right. The grinder will dispense freshly ground coffee andthe portafilter will move automatically to start extraction.
All that's left for you to do is enjoy your cup of coffee.Fast, fun and efficient.

A milk frother for your milk-based drinks
With the Baristina milk frother, enjoy delicious milk-based drinkseffortlessly.
It will allow you to create beautiful creamy milk foam.with animal or plant-based milk, for a resulthot or cold depending on your drink choice.
To froth your milk, nothing could be simpler! Fill the frother with milk up to the desired level (without exceeding the MAX level indicated inside), press the button for one second to heat and froth the milk or 3 seconds to get cold milk foam.
The Baristina milk frother stops automatically when preparation is ready.
Use the included spoon to incorporate the foam into your coffee
Note: this appliance was designed to achieve an optimal ratio of foam and milk. It will therefore not froth all the milk. This way you can create your own mix of milk and foam according to the drink you want to obtain(latte, cappuccino, macchiato...).
The milk is heated to approximately74 °C to ensure creamy milk foam and optimal taste.

The Philips Baristina coffee machine was designed to make your life easier.
The Baristina has no on/off mode: as long as it's plugged in, it stays in standby mode for energy savings. The machine starts automatically as soon as you select a drink. It returns to standby mode when it's no longer making coffee.
With just three buttons, you can choose between an espresso, a lungo, but also get a stronger coffee with the intensity booster button.
And if you want to change the amount of coffee in the cup, the programming is very simple. This will allow you to get an espresso between 30 and 70 ml or a long coffee between 70 and 200 ml (the maximum is perfect for a mug).
The grinder requires no adjustments, just put your coffee beans in the hopper, the Baristina will do the rest.
In addition, the Philips Baristina allows you to put ground coffee in the portafilter, an option that will be welcome for people who prefer a cup of decaffeinated coffee from time to time.
This Philips Baristina coffee machine comes with a removable drip tray to allow for taller cups.
Philips Baristina machine for simplified maintenance
Ease of maintenance is another strong point of the Philips Baristina espresso machine with grinder.
The innovative portafilter is equipped with an integrated system to eject the puck of used coffee more easily. Simply rinse the portafilter under clean water to clean it. Your coffee pucks can then be composted.
To rinse the machine's shower head and get rid of ground coffee residue, insert the empty portafilter and press the Intensity Booster button for three seconds. Don't forget to place a cup under the machine for rinsing.
The Baristina coffee machine has no space provided for a filter cartridge: only occasional descaling is required, after about 40 liters of coffee. Remember to use a descaling agent suitable for your coffee machine.
