It is a blend composed of80% Arabicaand 20% Robusta for a strong coffee with pronounced bitterness. Its medium + Italian roasting highlights notes of toasted bread and dark chocolate. Powerful and intense, it remains generous especially thanks to itscreamy crema. It is a full-bodied coffee, ideal as espresso, but it can also serve as a base for a noisette or cappuccino. In addition, it comes fromOrganic Farming and packaged in compostable capsules.
