Siemens maintenance cartridges: a revolution?
Every machine owner will tell you they love their machine but maintenance much less. Yet maintenance is essential to preserve drink taste and machine lifespan. Descaling can seem laborious, often lasting 30 to 45 minutes. This year's big innovation: a machine that maintains itself! Siemens cartridges connect to the machine and perform steps autonomously.
The cleaning: it only happens when necessary. The cartridge uses the machine's final rinse water to save water. This step extends shutdown by 5 min.
The descaling: for fully autonomous operation, you can schedule a time for this step. The espresso grinder will descale before automatically shutting down.
