Automatic descaling
To protect your machine from limescale, it is important to perform descaling. On average, descaling should be carried out every 2 to 3 months. With the Siemens descaling cartridge, descaling becomes automated, so you no longer have to worry about it. By connecting the cartridge, the machine will perform the descaling on its own.
How does it work?The descaling process starts automatically when necessary. It is possible to schedule the descaling at the time that suits you. Once completed, the machine shuts off automatically. The cartridge indicates in the menu the number of remaining descaling cycles; on average, it needs to be replaced every 9 months.
