This coffee pack that blends the Hondurasand theCongusta secret de nature from the Carte Noire brand are different, but they complement each other. The whole bean coffeeHondurasis aorganic coffeeand100% arabica that comes from Honduras, a country located in Central America, hosting organic coffee plantations at over1500m in altitude. This altitude is ideal, as it allows for slow maturation of the coffee cherries. This allows for fruity notes, particularly red fruits and floral ones, to be found when tasting the coffee.
The + of this coffee: There areTwo labelsthat appear on this single origin whole bean coffee: theorganic label and theRainforest Alliance label, which allows the coffee to be ofhigh quality and to drink a coffee without risking endangering your health.
The Congusta Secret de la nature from Carte Noire is a blend of arabica and robusta. It is anassemblyof exceptional whole bean coffees, coming from Congusta, India, and Brazil, from the Mondo Nuovo region. These are coffee beans that have resisted heat and humidity and are little exploited, which allows them to growproperly, despite global warming. In the cup, you will taste a whole bean coffee withbiscuity notes, with hints ofcocoaandhazelnuts. If you are espresso lovers, you will appreciate itsintensity and itsgourmet character.
