The Dammann Frères oolong tea Souffle d'été is a semi-fermented tea (halfway between unoxidised green tea and fully oxidised black tea). It is flavoured with apricot, rhubarb and elderflower, which contribute to its very fruity character. It is the perfect tea to lift your spirits at the start of summer.
Packed loose, it is easy to measure; you can prepare one or several cups as you wish. Allow 4 g of tea for a standard mug. Let your tea infuse for four to five minutes in water ideally at 90°C. Enjoy hot and let yourself be carried away by its fruity notes.
Ingredients : oolong tea (camellia sinensis), flavours (apricot, elderflower, rhubarb), flower petals.
