The French brand, based in Gironde, followed a rigorous approach. From selection to roasting, every step was meticulously orchestrated, leaving nothing to chance.
The selection was meticulous and focused on Ethiopia and Peru, where the brand discovered high-quality arabica coffee beans meeting demanding criteria. Indeed, all these coffees are grown according to organic farming principles. This ensures that no chemicals were used during their cultivation, thus preserving the health of those who enjoy them. L'Original thus holds organic certification, meeting the growing demand from our customers to consume responsibly and healthily.
Roasting is carried out in France, specifically in the Arcachon Basin, by experienced roasters who seek the ideal roast to enhance each coffee origin. For L'Original, they opted for a medium+ roast, which sits between dark and light roasting, thus creating a balanced and accessible cup for everyone.
A delicate and indulgent tasting experience
In tasting, you will discover a simply delicious and perfectly crafted coffee. This delicate and indulgent blend offers you a subtle cup with notes of toasted bread and caramel. You will appreciate its slightly woody finish.
