A compact grinder espresso with minimalist design
The new Kottea range keeps its compact size, ideal for a small kitchen with an 18 cm-wide front. Featuring a more modern design, it retains its minimalist look. This grinder espresso is ideal forindividual use or for two. Its central spout allows both coffee and hot water to flow, each through its dedicated nozzle.

The bean hopper, fitted with a seal, protects the coffee beans from oxidation; the bean-to-cup machine now has a spout adjustable up to 14 cm in height.

The Kottea CK320 is perfect for controlled coffee extraction. You’ll enjoy every recipe at any time of day: long coffee for breakfast, espresso and americano to accompany you the rest of the day.All your caffeine cravings will be satisfied!
Coffee tailored to your tastes! The numerous settings on the Oslo machine let you highlight coffee aromas just the way you like them. The grind quantity affectsthe intensity of your coffee; you canadjust it across 3 levels. The temperature can be changedbetween 86° and 95°in 3-degree steps. For the most personalised setup, you can also adjustthe cup volume in 5 ml increments.
During testing we appreciated being able to manipulate every type of setting offered by the grinder espresso. Controlled extraction is this machine’s strength, delivering a perfectly successful cup. The ability to change extraction temperature also lets you influence bitterness in the cup.
Tea lovers aren’t left out, with a spout dedicated solely to hot-water flow. You can make infusions with water guaranteed never to have touched coffee.
Maintaining the Kottea CK320 grinder espresso
Machine maintenance is carried out in a few steps; it is recommended to follow the instructions and frequency given in the manual.
- Thedescaling: Use a suitable descaler to remove limescale residues from the machine’s internal circuit. Limescale can cause leaks, lower beverage temperatures, and excess power consumption. The machine alerts you with a descaling warning on the display.
- Thebrewing chamber: This is where coffee is extracted. The spent puck is then ejected into the puck container. Residues can remain and eventually alter your coffee’s flavours. Rinse it under lukewarm water every week, let it dry, and replace it in the machine.
- Thefilter cartridge: It has a very important role, for the aromas of your coffee, it allows your water to have a neutral taste. The filter cartridge also removes impurities contained in the water and some of the limescale. Its use is strongly recommended! It should be replaced every 2 months.
- The grounds container: It contains 10 pucks; if your consumption is regular, you can wait until the machine prompts you to empty it. Otherwise, it is advised not to exceed 3 days before emptying and cleaning it.
A well-maintained machine allows you to enjoy the aromas it enhances with each extraction for longer.

What really won me over with this machine is the excellence of its espresso. The various settings added to the new version allow you to find the perfect balance in the cup. The Kottea range also distinguished itself by receiving one of the highest scores for the quality of its espressos.
Furthermore, it offers the possibility to vary pleasures with an Americano drink, perfect for starting the day right or for taking on your commutes. Its espressos and lungos are also ideal for finishing your meals.
