Its stainless steel design brings a touch of modernity and resistance to shocks and scratches. Its slim construction saves space on a worktop and ensures long-lasting durability. It also has a 2.5L tank to prepare up to 33 espressos.
Technical features of the KitchenAid with grinder
Renowned for the quality of its appliances, the KitchenAid brand offers an intuitive espresso machine that is simple to use with high grinding performance.
Its integrated conical steel coffee grinder ensures a uniform grind for always flavorful espresso. The bean hopper with a capacity of 225 g of coffee allows up to 17 espressos, which varies depending on the type of coffee and settings.
The PID technology detects and maintains the beverage temperature during preparation. You have the option of pre-infusing the ground coffee with a 15-bar pump that provides the necessary water pressure during extraction.
The manual KitchenAid espresso machine has a fast heat-up time thanks to the thermoblock heating system that allows the water to quickly reach the ideal temperature, thus reducing the waiting time between each cup. You can use cups of about 13 cm to enjoy an espresso, an americano or other drinks.
The machine has 15 grind settings precise with 7 additional fine adjustments. For dosing, you can choose between intelligent dosing technology or manual dosingIn smart mode, you get the perfect grind without asking any questions. The machine produces the volume and consistency required for 1 or 2 cups. With manual setting, you adjust the quantity according to the desired ground coffee.
A simple interface to use
The interface of the KitchenAid coffee machine is not complicated at all!
You can see a heating light that flashes when the machine is heating up and stays steady when it is at the right temperature. You have a "mode" button that allows you to easily switch between espresso, steam and hot water.
For grind dosage, simply turn the dial to adjust manually: the dose quantity, the grind fineness according to your filter size and the desired drink.
With the temperature button, you can select the desired water temperature: low, medium or high. The KitchenAid coffee machine is equipped with an intuitive pressure gauge, a quick glance is enough to check the pressure and get a perfect extraction every time.
Depending on your filter size, you can choose between 1 and 2 cups of espresso on the interface. All these features have been designed to simplify your coffee experience. After 20 minutes of inactivity, the machine automatically goes into ECO mode for energy savings.
A steam wand for purging, frothing and heating
The semi-automatic KitchenAid coffee machine is equipped with a multi-angle steam wand for purging, frothing and heating. A simple and effective tool for making all your milk-based recipes.
Thanks to the steam wand and the included milk jug, you will get rich, frothed or steamed milk for a wide variety of drinks at home.
For Americano lovers, the independent dispenser dispenses hot water directly into the cup from the machine. A cup warmer is available to always keep your cups at temperature.
